Maggie graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor’s in Science in 1999 and graduated from Elon University in 2002 with her Master’s in Physical Therapy. In 2003 she began attending Michigan State University’s College of Osteopathic Manual Medicine courses and has attended eight conferences. She has also participated in Jones Institute Strain Counterstrain post-graduate seminars for the spine (SCS I), extremities (SCS II), cranial/advanced techniques (SCS III), facilitated technique (SCS IV) and visceral and lymphatic techniques. She has also participated in continuing education courses to expand spinal stabilization therapeutic exercises offered by Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute and Professional Yoga Therapy. She utilizes Kinseo-taping techniques from SpiderTech™ and Neuro-Structural taping is utilized for conservative management of conditions related to the musculoskeletal system including acute soft tissue injuries, common sports injuries, and painful joints or musculoskeletal regions.
